The CDC has issued guidelines for Thanksgiving. Here's what's considered low and high risk

With Thanksgiving around the corner, families are already planning how to celebrate the traditional American holiday during a pandemic.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recently released guidelines on how to prepare for holiday gatherings while staying safe, including Halloween and Thanksgiving.
Holiday activities were ranked by risk, categorized as low-, moderate- or high-risk activities.
Thanksgiving dinners with the lowest risk include having a meal with people who live in the same household, and/or delivering meals or homemade treats to those who are at higher risk of severe infection through a no-contact delivery system, according to the CDC.
Other low-risk holiday activities include online shopping instead of in person and having a virtual dinner with family and friends.
A moderate-risk meal would include having a small outdoor dinner with family and friends who live nearby.
, maintain social distancing and encourage those who feel sick to stay home. And if at least six feet of social distancing can't be maintained, masks should be worn.
High-risk activities include shopping in crowded stores and attending crowded parades, or attending a large indoor gathering with people from outside your household, according to the CDC.
