Police are still investigating a shooting at the victory rally and parade for the Kansas City Chiefs at Union Station.The shooting left one person dead and 22 others injured. Lynch was watching the parade with two friends when the shooting broke out. The Kansas City resident said both he and his friends were about 15 yards away from the shooting when the sound of gunfire broke out.
